If not purchased within 20 minutes, allocated seats are released from hold and available to other customers.

Accepted credit cards are Mastercard and Visa only.

For your protection, your financial details will be passed through our secure server using  128 bit SSL encryption technology.

All tickets booked through the internet will be emailed to you. Please ensure you check your email and print out your tickets.

If you misplace or lose tickets you can log in to your account and download and reprint tickets. Each ticket is barcoded and scanned at the door for entry.

All bookings are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions apply to children (16 years and under), full-time students, pensioners, seniors, The Age subscribers, and members of Melbourne PEN Centre, ArtsHub, Victorian Writers' Centre, Australian Society of Authors and Australian Writers' Guild. Companion card holders must book in person or by mail as a copy of a valid card is required for issuing a companion complimentary.

Please call  (03) 9094 7859 to book seats reserved for special needs. Professionally-qualified Auslan interpreters will be present at the event and a hearing loop will be installed.
